1. What TA15 is
BusinesSite eShop Mall is the mobile shell over the existing web mall
(/eshop) and per-shop shelves (/eshop/<slug>/).
One APK: customers get a digital mall atrium; owners/staff open the same APK as their dedicated storefront.

2. Roles (everyone is a customer)

| Owner / staff | Select eShop + phone → selfie or support OTP | Dedicated shop mode in the same APK |
| Supplier / reseller / sales | Optional chips at join | Still a customer; full digitization continues after POS stabilizes |
Important: registration never creates an eShop from your personal name.
Trading names only (e.g. Cake Couture, NINO). Say design my eshop and give a storefront name.
3. Shelf (web parity on mobile)
- Media — product photo gallery + video
- Description — full text on the details sheet
- Channel prices (high → low): Walk-in / in shop · Web · App (card) · App + eyesWallet
- App checkout prefers App + eyesWallet when that channel is priced
4. Device unlock
Existing merchants: Unlock with photo (face enroll/match) or request a support OTP, then redeem the code. Same pattern as Sensi / NATIVEnvoy.
